custparam_page	{{integer}}	Indicates the page to request from the server. If not specified, 1 is used.
custparam_pagesize	{{integer}}	Indicates how many results to bring back from the server. If not specified, the default size defined on the server is used (typically 100).
lastareventdate	{{datetime}}	UTC DateTime in the format 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH24:MI:SSZ'.
lastbalancechangedate	{{datetime}}	UTC DateTime in the format 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH24:MI:SSZ'.
subsidiary	{{integer}}	Internal ID of the subsidiary.
isattest	{{string}}	'T' or 'F'
createddate	{{datetime}}	UTC DateTime in the format 'YYYY-MM-DDTHH24:MI:SSZ'.
